Section 1
A $200 deposit will reserve the puppy for the buyer until the puppy is ready to be shipped by the seller. Deposits are Non-Refundable. The puppy must be paid for in full, plus shipping fees, seven business days before the puppy is scheduled to be shipped. There are no refunds once the puppy has been purchased, full or partial.
Puppies will not be shipped before they are 8 weeks old. Every effort will be made by the seller to assure that the puppy is healthy when it is delivered to the buyer. The puppy vaccination record is recorded below. The buyer is responsible for all medical expenses incurred from the date of delivery.

Section 2
The buyer must take the dog to veterinarian for a complete physical examination within 72 hours of receiving the puppy. The cost of the examination will be paid by the buyer. The seller must be notified immediately of the results of the examination. If the veterinarian finds the dog to be in poor health or detects any physical health problems that would require further veterinarian care, the buyer must be notified IMMEDIATELY. A copy of the report from the veterinarian must be mailed to the seller within 24 hours. The seller’s veterinarian will verify the results.
Section 3
The puppy will be guaranteed for one year from date of adoption against any hereditary or life threatening defects. This includes severe hip dysplasia which requires surgery to correct. It also covers eye, heart, pancreas, liver, and spine problems of a severe or life threatening nature. If the puppy is found to have a life threatening defect, the seller must be notified immediately and the complete report from the veterinarian must be mailed to the seller within 24 hours after the determination. If the puppy dies within this one year period, the buyer will pay for an autopsy to ascertain the reason for death. If the reason is congenital, the seller will replace the puppy with a puppy of the same sex, color, and value, to be determined by the seller. The buyer may be required to wait until a future litter is available. The buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses to and from the seller on a replacement puppy. The guarantee is not valid if the dog has been sold or transferred to a new owner.
Section 4
The health guarantee does not cover the following: Treatment for internal or external parasites or bacteria, skin allergies, fleas, ticks, ear mites, coccidian, or kennel cough.
Section 5
There is no guarantee or warranty that the buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy, regardless of the show or breeding potential at the time of the purchase.
Section 6
All dogs sold are AKC registered. A Registration Certificate or Application will be furnished to the buyer when it is received from AKC. Buyer understands that the contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Kentucky, in the County of Hardin. It is agreed that the place of venue shall be in Hardin County, Kentucky.
